FAQs

  • Simply submit an inquiry via the contact for letting me know what photography session you want and approximate date. I’ll send over the relevant information so we can book in that session. It’s that easy.

  • You booking will be secured once 3 things are completed:

    1) Invoice is issues and the deposit booking fee is paid

    2) Contract is signed

    3) You personalised questionnaire is filled in

    A confirmation email will then be sent once all 3 are done. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, check your junk/spam and then send me a follow up email.

  • You will receive an email that your pictures are ready via Pixieset. This can be accessed at any time.

    I highly recommend you download your gallery and save it in two locations (i.e. computer/cloud server and external hard drive). That way you will have a copy of your photos, even if one device/server fails.

  • During our consultation, I offer a colour palette guide to help you choose clothing that would look flattering on you and on camera.

  • I will only charge travel fees for sessions that require considerable travel outside my area. Since I'm located in the Western Sydney suburbs, I can service most areas of Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands without a travel fee.

    Full transparency is given if travel fees apply.

  • This is always a great question and each individual and family will have their own reasons for choosing a particular session. Both are great value for money. As a rule of thumb, consider how many people will be your session, how many photos you would like, how your you & your family may feel if under any time crunch.

    If you have a larger number of people in your family, want more photos than what is in the Mini Session and/or can easily feel stressed when under a time crunch, I encourage you to opt for the 1 hour session.

  • Yes!!

    You are able to order prints directly through your gallery. After payment, items will the be delivered to your address of choice.

  • Sometime my emails find their way into junk or spam. Check all your inboxes for an email from hello@relisephotography.com

    If there’s still no email, send me a follow up email just in case.

  • Item description
